1st Annual "Chomped" Competition

Thank you to all the participants of this inaugural competition spearheaded by the Pinellas County Nutrition Association which challenged contestants to come up Chomped winnerswith an entree and side dish from a basket of secret ingredients. While the winning team received airfare and registration to an upcoming conference in Kansas City, the real winners were our families, who greatly enjoyed the wonderful meals made by all of the teams.

Ronald McDonald House Charities of Tampa Bay’s Cat in the Hat Storybook Ball invitation package won BEST IN CATEGORY at the 25th annual Florida Print Awards, the printing industry’s largest and most prestigious statewide graphic arts competition. The Printing Association of Florida (PAF) presented the awards to elite Florida-based printing, graphic arts companies and schools during a banquet in August at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.

The Florida Print Awards recognize individuals, companies and organizations responsible for the creation or production of print communications. The competition promotes excellence in the industry and recognizes companies and individuals who produce the best in print media.

PAF, host of the Florida Print Awards, is the state’s largest graphic arts trade association.

Thank you to everyone who participated in this year's event on March 2nd, either through donations, financial support or volunteerism. More than 1,300 runners, walkers and little ones enjoyed a beautiful, sunny day in downtown St. Petersburg. Thank you to Pediatric Services of Florida for hosting this amazing event which supports the operations of Ronald McDonald House.
